Great podcast, Nina! Aging as something to design rather than fight is a framing shift that changes what tools you reach for and why. HBOT sitting at the intersection of mitochondrial health, biological age markers, and VO2 max is not a coincidence. I looked into the pressure and oxygen research behind this recently and found something I didn't expect: https://drmarkchern.substack.com/p/i-bought-the-wrong-hyperbaric-chamber
This is a very engaging discussion, and I appreciate that it approached biological aging as something measurable and modifiable without collapsing into the more sensationalized age reversal narratives that often dominate longevity media. The distinction between slowing damage accumulation, improving physiologic resilience, and truly reversing aging at a systems level is incredibly important. What stood out to me most is how much of this field is converging on network biology rather than single interventions. Sleep quality, exercise, metabolic health, inflammation, circadian regulation, nutrition, social connection, and stress physiology all appear to interact dynamically with epigenetic and cellular aging markers. That systems-level perspective feels much more biologically plausible than the idea of one molecule or protocol functioning as a universal reset switch. I also appreciate the acknowledgment that biomarkers of biological age are informative but still evolving. Epigenetic clocks, proteomic signatures, metabolomics, and imaging-based aging metrics are powerful research tools, yet there remains an important distinction between improving a surrogate marker and meaningfully extending healthspan or lifespan in humans. That nuance often gets lost in commercial longevity conversations.
Such a thoughtful and balanced contribution to the field!
Hi Nina. Very interesting subject. Some time ago I met a lady on Facebook who says she found the reverse aging therapy by a product spray named iHerQles. I didn't believe her. Have you heard about it? Now, I see Dr reversed her biological age!? I am wondering what doctor Dreissigacker would say about this spray!? 🤔

Thanks Mark! I’m glad you enjoyed the episode. Thanks for sharing your article. I will check it out

So glad you enjoyed the podcast!
What should I cover next?
Wow! How nice it was!😄 I heard few times: Longevity for women... Are men excluded!?😂
Where that product Dr says can be found...!?🤔
