Ladies Who Claude
Announcing my new community for women who want to learn AI without needing to become “AI people”
Hey Friends,
Over the last two weeks, I’ve been teaching AI to my friends in my apartment.
For one friend, we built her social media system, automated her client follow-ups, and started a video research agent, from scratch. She walked in saying she wasn’t tech savvy. She walked out with a running system.
I’ve now done this with five women, one-on-one, in my apartment. And I keep thinking: why is this only happening in my living room?
So I’m opening it up.
This Tuesday, June 30th, I’m running my first online session. 90 minutes, small group, we build your first AI workflow together. €39, 20 spots.
Below you’ll also find three ways to work with me privately if you want something more hands-on.

Why I Started Ladies Who Claude
I kept reading the same article in different formats. In the workplace, men use AI more frequently than women.
Almost two-thirds (64%) of women say they never use AI at work, compared to 55% of men.
And when it comes to AI power users, they’re more likely to be men, 14% of men use AI multiple times a day, versus only 9% of women.

Then I found the student data, and it hit harder. A YouGov survey of UK university students found that only 27% of female students were using AI apps like ChatGPT at least once a week in their studies, compared to 43% of their male peers.
And only 38% of female students said AI was important to their future work, versus 57% of male students.
And it's not a familiarity problem. Harvard Business School research found that women are adopting AI tools at a 25% lower rate than men on average, and when women were given equal access to ChatGPT in a study, they were still 13% less likely to try it.
Access alone isn't closing the gap.
Why? Half of women say that using AI at work feels like cheating. Only 43% of men agree.
Meanwhile, the International Labour Organization found that women's jobs are almost twice as likely to be exposed to AI disruption as men's. 29% of female-dominated occupations face GenAI exposure, compared to 16% of male-dominated ones
So women are less likely to be using the tool, and more likely to have their jobs disrupted by it.
I read all of this and thought: okay, no.
Not on my watch.
What I Did About It
It started with a session in my apartment.
A friend wanted to understand AI, the real, useful, “here’s how this saves you three hours on Tuesday” version.
So I sat down with her, walked her through Claude, built a few things live, and watched her face when it worked.
Then I did it again with three ladies. And again, and again.
Now we have a WhatsApp group. A lot of voice notes at 11pm saying “I just automated this thing.”
Ladies Who Claude is a space for women who want to get better at using AI in real life and real work, without needing to become “AI people.”
This week I ran a full five-hour session with my friend Vika. We set up her entire social media command center in Notion, built an automation that writes and sends client follow-ups, and started a video research agent that scouts content for her reaction posts. She says she is not “tech savvy,” and she left the session with a running system.
